Wee Gurkha Curry House is an award-winning restaurant, established in 2014. We began our journey in East Kilbride and lay claim to be one of the first Nepalese restaurants in and around Glasgow and the Clyde Valley.
After 10 years of building our business, we took the opportunity in 2024, to move to bigger premises and found our new home Blantyre.
Over the years, we have continued to serve great tasting food, offering good value and friendly service. For those unfamiliar with Nepalese food, it’s influenced by India and Tibet. Our flavours are subtle: it’s about taste not spice.

Since 2018, we’ve been a constant at national food awards in recognition of our food and service. We were crowned Nepalese restaurant of the year at the Scottish Asian Food Awards in 2022 and have been highly commended at the Spice Awards 2024 and Scottish Curry Awards 2023.
